General Policies for Retail Customers: We'll pay the return shipping cost if the exchange is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is used or worn. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any custom made item such as custom frame buckles. Any special ordered items including sunglasses, printed leathers belts which we cut to size, and all leather bags. Any item that is returned more than two weeks after delivery. Any belt buckles, belts, or lighters (exchange only). Belt buckles, belts, lighters, and T Shirts are final sale items. Exchanges will be allowed within two weeks of ship date, however we cannot exchange belts that were purchased in the wrong size. Please ask any questions about belt length before buying. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Exchanges are charged a $6 shipping fee.
General Policies for Wholesale Customers: Wholesale orders are final sale items. They cannot be returned once they are delivered. This includes purchase orders received from your company and fulfilled.
